I love Stack the States.  Info about the states and uses physics.  Kids learn while playing.  The 11 year old will know some of the info (capitols and such) but you will have to answer for the 3 year old, but the balancing (physics) is fun learning.

Good morning,

We recently acquired an iPad, although we don't really have any need for it. Taking suggestions for educational apps and uses (the more specific the better *grin*). Also, while not really considering a specific age range, we do have a 3-year-old and an 11-year-old.
