Social discussion of CS in K-12

Hi everyone. 

Short notice, but if you are in town tomorrow and have nothing to do……consider joining me and my kiddo Kayla in raising $$ for eosinophilic disorders research.

As many of you know, Kayla (my daughter) is putting on a fundraiser to raise money to fund research related to eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders (which she has been living with for many years). This is a musical evening put on by Kayla and some of her theater friends around Champaign Urbana. It will take place at the Sodo Theater at 7 pm on December 20th. We are hoping that people donate $10 per ticket or $25 per family. Funds will go to the CURED Foundation, which gives 100% of funds raised directly to research to places like Cincinnati Children's Hospital (which is where Kayla goes for treatment and who do much of the eosinophilic disorders research).  If people are unable to attend, but still want to donate, they can do as well. Tickets can be purchased at the door or directly through the CURED foundation website at http://curedfoundation.org/site/fundraising/fundraisers/.  The flier provides more details, but if you have questions, feel free to email me at my gmail address maya.israel09 AT gmail.com.
