Hah, just when it looked like I could finally make a meeting again, albeit a little late!

GSLIS has been engaged with Tap-In from almost the very beginning. They definitely have some amazing things happening through Tap-In that are worth plugging into.

I’m out of town next Tuesday, so it’s safe to meet again then ;)

Several of us will be part of the Code.org Google Hangout to work on the Framework.  A revision is due tomorrow. So, we’re doing our last minute homework.

I’m struck by the conversation of Minsoo and Charles. The pressing business feels overwhelming at the moment. I believe that we’ll need a reinvigoration to be able to muster 20 people as Charles is advocating. I wonder if Charles and Minsoo could organize the meetings to bring people together to make the list and talk with Board members. We’re all busy. How do ideas become reality in that context?

Another note. I was privileged to attend the Tap-In celebration last Friday and hear Sally Carter talk. This is good intention and high energy. We should support it and plug into it.  I sat next to Gianina Baker, the newest Board member. I do think there are advocates on the Board for the good things we’re doing. Energy and direction is important.
