Shifters. I will be at the Blind Pig on Walnut (Big Pig) at 6:30 PM as usual tonight.
Kenwood teachers and kids were GREAT last night at the Unit 4 School Board meeting!
The Coalition of Essential Schools conference was terrific and I look forward to talking about it with you all. From my perspective, some particularly important aspects of the conference were: 1. A great edcamp experience 2. A very strong professional development group in Colorado that we might want to connect with when we are at ISTE this summer. 3. A great panel on how some charters and public schools should be allies. 4. A Code.org rep was talking about AppLab. 5. I met a teacher who had used Bootcamp, but was not particularly enthused. 6. Deborah Meier dropped by our roundtable session, and we talked for a quite some time. J
See you all this evening.
