This new guide from IDEO brings together some interesting aspects of design thinking and human-centered design for community workers that might inform our work, not the least of which is the opening section on Mindset:
It includes a brief section on learning from failure that includes this quote from Tim Brown, CEO of IDEO, that restates fail forward concept within a design thinking framework:
"Don’t think of it as failure, think of it as designing
experiments through which you’re going to learn.”
